Sue Canney Davison
For 30 years, my passion has been to design and facilitate processes that allow groups of very diverse people to achieve more than they expected together. After six years in India, my in-depth fascination of finding collaborative strength in diversity, took me to finalise research on international teams and receive my doctorate in multi-cultural processes at London Business School.
As globalisation expanded, so has my experience in international management and I worked with many large American, European and East Asian multinationals and business schools. Life brought me to Africa, where I am currently working with inter-governmental, public and private international organisations to improve their leadership, strategic delivery and project teams.
Having agreed together what you want to achieve, my skill is co-designing deeply interactive experiences, where participants feel secure, own the process, resolve their own issues, realise their objectives and have fun strengthening their inter-relationships and understanding of each other. I have a reputation for turning around difficult situations. These shared experiences can take the shape of face to face as well as on-line workshops and large scale international fori.
